Returns Policy

Due to the personalised nature of the products, which are framed to match your specific order requirements, we can’t offer returns or refunds if you later decide you don’t want the artwork. Please double check that your order is correct before proceeding with the order.

Our artwork is carefully hand packaged for dispatch in strong box’s. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrived damaged or defective, please let us know within 48 hours and e-mail us photographs of the damage to the artwork and packaging and we will arrange for a 'like for like’ replacement to be sent free of charge.
