Acceptance of orders: 

Your order becomes binding as soon as it has been accepted. It is your responsibility to check all the details of your order are correct and that the goods are suitable for your requirements when we send through your order acknowledgement email.

On-line payment:

Because all our artwork is produced and framed to customer order, 100% of the cost of the goods is taken when your order is placed. Our secure on-line payment system accepts all major credit cards and on-line payments including Paypal, Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Order cancellation:

If you need to amend or cancel your order, you have the right to do so at any time up to 24 hours after you have placed your order. If you amend your order after 24 hours, we will have already started to produce your order and reserve the right to charge you any costs we have incurred.

Import Tax:

There are no additional import tax's due for customers in the UK or EU. Outside the UK and EU you will be responsible for any import duties or tax for your own specific country or state. 

Liability:

We cannot be held liable for conditions of storage or use within the customers house after delivery which may affect the product in any way, or damage and injury resulting from the improper installation, use or modification of our products.
